Balkrishna Paper Mills Limited has informed the Exchange regarding 'Book Closure'. This is to inform you that the 12th Annual General Meeting ( AGM ) of the members of the Company is scheduled to be held on Friday, the September 19, 2024 at 3.00 P.M. (IST) through Video Conferencing (VC) /Other Audio Visual means (OAVM). Pursuant to Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Register of Member and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Saturday, September 13, 2025 to Friday, September 19, 2025 (both days inclusive). Further, we wish to inform you that the Company has fixed Friday, September 12, 2025 as the cut-off date for the purpose of remote e-voting, for ascertaining the names of the Shareholders holding shares either in physical form or in dematerialised form, who will be entitled to cast their vote electronically in respect of the businesses to be transacted at the AGM.
