Infosys, Wipro, LTTS, Dixon Technologies in spotlight

Infosys: The company's board has appointed Jayesh Sanghrajka as the Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel with effect from 1 April 2024. Nilanjan Roy, Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel has resigned from the services of the company.

Wipro: Wipro has supported Marelli Electronic Systems, a leading mobility technology supplier to the automotive sector, in the development of its Cabin Digital Twin, that enables Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) to introduce connected vehicle services to the market quickly.

L&T Technology Services (LTTS): LTTS has secured a multi-year engineering services partnership with bp, a leading global energy company. The partnership will span areas such as engineering for projects, turnarounds, maintenance improvements, technical writing, engineering data management, and services for sustainability initiatives.

Mankind Pharma: A clutch of three private equity funds, namely Chrys Capital, Capital Group and Everbridge Partners, are reportedly looking to pare stake in the company worth at least $592 million via the block deal route. The company is likely to see a change of hands up to 7.9% equity via a block deal, as per reports.

Dixon Technologies (India): Padget Electronics Private Limited, Wholly Owned Subsidiary of Dixon Technologies (India), has been awarded manufacturing contract by Lenovo for manufacturing of IT Hardware products i.e. Laptops and Notebooks under Production Linked Incentive 2.0 Scheme (PLI).

Asahi Songwon Colors: The company's wholly owned subsidiary - Atlas Life Sciences (India) Private Limited has successfully commenced the commercial production of API - Intermediate at its new plant at Chattral, Gandhinagar, Gujarat.
