Initial public issue of 28,17,000 equity shares of face value of Rs.10.00 each ("Equity Shares") of the company for cash at a price of Rs. [*] per equity share (including a share premium of Rs. [*] per equity share) ("Issue Price") aggregating up to Rs. [*] crores ("the Issue"). The issue comprises a fresh issue of 28,17,000 equity shares aggregating up to Rs.[*] crores ("Fresh Issue"). This issue includes a reservation of 1,56,000 equity shares aggregating up to Rs. [*] crores (constituting 1.80% of the post-issue paid-up equity share capital of the company) for subscription by market maker ("Market Maker Reservation Portion").
