Initial public offer of upto 25,00,000 equity shares of face value of Rs.10/- each (the "equity shares") of EPPS Infotech Limited ("the company" or "the issuer") at an issue price of Rs.[*] per equity share for cash, aggregating up to Rs.[*] crores comprising of fresh issue of upto 25,00,000 equity shares aggregating to Rs.
