Initial public offer of upto 65,84,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each (the "equity shares") of Anawil Wire And Engineering Limited ("the company" or "AWEL" or "the issuer") at an offer price of Rs.[*] per equity share for cash, aggregating up to Rs.
