Initial public issue of up to 37,68,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each of GRE Renew Enertech Limited ("GRE or the company or the issuer) for cash at a price of Rs. [*]/- per equity share including a share premium of Rs. [*]/- per equity share (the issue price) aggregating to Rs.[*] crores (the offer), comprising a fresh issue of up to 37,68,000 equity shares aggregating up to Rs.
