Initial public offering of 8,205,127* equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each ("Equity Shares") of HMA Agro Industries Limited ("Company" or "Issuer") for cash at a price of Rs. 585 per equity share (including a share premium of Rs. 575 per equity share) (the "Offer Price") aggregating to Rs. 480.00 crores (the "Offer") comprising of a fresh issue of 2,564,102* equity shares aggregating to Rs. 150.00 crores (the "Fresh Issue") and an offer for sale of 5,641,025* equity shares aggregating to Rs. 330.00 crores (the "Offer for Sale"), comprising an offer for sale of 2,051,281 equity shares aggregating to Rs. 120.00 crores by Wajid Ahmed, 837,607 equity shares aggregating to Rs. 49.00 crores by Gulzar Ahmad, 837,607 equity shares aggregating to Rs. 49.00 crores by Mohammad Mehmood Gureshi, 837,607 equity shares aggregating to Rs. 49.00 crores by Mohammad Ashraf Qureshi, 837,607 equity shares aggregating to Rs. 49.00 crores by Zulfiquar Ahmed Qureshi, (collectively, the "Promoter Selling Shareholders") and 239,316 equity shares aggregating to Rs. 14.00 crores by Parvez Alam, (the "Promoter Group Selling Shareholder") (the promoter selling shareholders and the promoter group selling shareholder, collectively, the "Selling Shareholders", and such equity shares offered by the selling shareholders, the "Offered Shares").
