Initial public offering of up to 69,68,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each ("Equity Shares") of Dollex Agrotech Limited ("DAL" or the "Company") for cash at a price of Rs. 35.00/- per equity share (the "Issue Price"), aggregating to Rs. 24.39 crores ("The Offer"), comprising a fresh issue of up to 49,68,000 equity shares aggregating to Rs. 17.39 croress by the company ("Fresh Issue") and an offer for sale of up to 20,00,000 equity shares by Marium Leasing & Investment Private Limited ("The Promoter Group Selling Shareholders" or "The selling shareholder") aggregating to Rs. 7.00 crores ("Offer for Sale"). Out of the offer, 3,52,000 equity shares aggregating to Rs. 1.23 crores will be reserved for subscription by market maker ("Market Maker Reservation Portion"). The offer less the market maker reservation portion i.e. offer of 66,16,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10.00/- each at an issue price of Rs. 35.00/- per equity share aggregating to Rs. 23.16 crores is hereinafter referred to as the "Net Offer". The offer and the net offer will constitute 27.91% and 26.50%, respectively of the post issue paid up equity share capital of the company. The face value of the equity shares is Rs. 10/- each and the issue price of Rs. 35/- is 3.5 times of the face value. Bids can be made for a minimum of 4000 equity shares and in multiples of 4000 equity shares thereafter.
