Initial public offer of 22,373,584# equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each ("Equity Shares") of Cyient DLM Limited ("Company" or "Issuer") for cash at a price of Rs. 265 per equity share (including a share premium of Rs. 255 per equity share) aggregating to Rs. 592.00 crores* (the "Issue"). * The company has, in consultation with the brlms, undertaken a private placement of 4,075,471 equity shares aggregating to Rs. 108.00 crores ("pre-ipo placement"). The size of the fresh issue of equity shares has been adjusted to Rs. 592.00 crores. The issue includes a reservation of 600,000# equity shares, aggregating to Rs. 15.00 crores (constituting 0.76% of the post-issue paid-up equity share capital), for subscription by eligible employees ("Employee Reservation Portion"). The company in consultation with the brlms, has offered a discount of Rs. 15 per equity share to eligible employee(s) bidding in the employee reservation portion ("Employee Discount"). The issue less the employee reservation portion is hereinafter referred to as the "Net Issue". The issue and the net issue constitute 28.21% and 27.45% of the post-issue paid-up equity share capital, respectively. The face value of equity shares is Rs. 10 each.
